Sep 9, 2010 · A4 B7 Power Window Problem. Hello all! I have a 2005.5 A4 Avant and the driver's window will not go down - worked just fine and all of a sudden, stuck in the up position. Push or pull the switch and nothing, no sound no movement. You can check motor operation in basic settings. The motors jam on the worm drive. The motors can be removed and opened and the worm drive lubed with some light grease.
